This was our first sizable job of our now, fully up and running 2024 season. We split the property into 3 sections and the residents were given notice. The on-site management team was great, and our out-of-town contact was very helpful and kind. After all contacts were made and the gameplan all lined up we were off! We first made our way out 3 days before the scheduled phases were to begin, as to take care of most of the crack filling ahead of time, as it was predominantly in the roadways. Then with the sealcoating, it first required rigorous prepping and perimeter edging of their parking lots. Scrubbing, blowing, and power brooming away all of the issues that could possibly prevent our materials from sticking, and prep sealing all oil spots. Sticking to schedule minus 1 rain day, everyone was very happy with the outcome. One more in the books!
